Added to our flavors list today:

B-52 – Not only delicious, this cake is a visual delight when sliced! Alternating layers of blood orange and mocha cake are filled with alternating layers of Irish Cream Mousse and Blood Orange chocolate truffle ganache!

Blood Orange Truffle – Our deeply rich, dark chocolate cake is filled with alternating layers of blood orange chocolate truffle ganache, and blood orange buttercream.

Cherries Jubilee – Our vanilla cake is brushed with brandy and filled with alternating layers of our rich vanilla buttercream, and brandied cherries buttercream.

Cherry Cordial – Our dark chocolate cake is brushed with maraschino cherry syrup, and filled with laters of whipped chocolate-maraschino cherry ganache (featuring chunks of maraschino cherries!), and maraschino cherry buttercream

Citrus Spendor – Beautiful, light, and tangy! Our white citrus cake is filled with layers of Lemon, Tangerine, and Lime buttercreams.

Lemon Poppyseed – A less traditional favorite! Lemon Poppyseed cake is made from fresh lemon juice and zest, and filled with fresh lemon buttercream.

Mango Mojito – Our light rum cake is enhanced with mango juice, then brushed with a fresh mint simple syrup to inject a light summery lift in flavor. Frosted with mango-mint Swiss Meringue buttercream and filled with alternating layers of fresh mint buttercream and mango mousse. All mint flavor comes from steeping fresh mint – no extracts involved!

Milk Chocolate Cardamom Pear – Our rich milk chocolate cake is spiced with a hint of cardamom. It is filled with layers of poached pear mousse and milk chocolate cardamom truffle ganache

Napolean – Alternating layers of Vanilla and Chocolate cake, brushed with thin layers of chocolate ganache, and filled with fresh strawberry buttercream.

Strawberry Grand Marnier – Our white cake is enhanced with a touch of fresh orange zest, brushed with Grand Marnier, and filled with layers of Grand Marnier buttercream and sliced fresh strawberries.

White Chocolate Raspberry – Our white chocolate cake layers are brushed with Chambord, and filled with alternating layers of white chocolate mousse and raspberry buttercream.

What a great compliment!

On Facebook today, I was asked about the photos I’ve been posting, and the items in our app. One item had been sent to this guy:

Him:  “These crazy cakes and what not aren’t actually things you craft yourself, are they? I’ve never seen anything like them.”

Me: “Yup! Celebration Generation is my company.”

Him: “That’s borderline absurd; masterpieces shouldn’t be created that frequently.”

Awesome!
