Thanks for sharing it at M-Chef. I heard a story on NPR that said to ALWAYS talk to your insurance agent before you talk to the adjustors. I don't remember the source but it was a good one. He said that adjustors will try to get you to settle for less than you should get and that only your agent is likely to get you all that you can get. Good luck. So sorry to read about it.
