[...] After I made the dough and pulled out the ingredients for the filling, I realized that I had NO idea where all my muffin pans were. I couldn’t find them in our “temporary necessities” pile of kitchen stuff in the dining room, so they were likely packed away for longer term storage (Until the shelving is done). So.. I haven’t seen them since the May 22 tornado. [...]

Hi Marina,

We've been asking $1500, but I'm willing to accept $1000 for it, given the urgent need to fund our repairs.

It's an older one, one of the WORKHORSE types that you know will last forever. 30 quart, 1 hp, single phase, and painted shiny black. His name is "Juggernaut", and comes with a second bowl (could use re-finishing), and 2 paddles, 1 dough hook.

If you know anyone interested, have them call me at 612 388 9409

So sorry to read about it. Thanks for sharing it at M-Chef.
I heard a story on NPR that said to ALWAYS talk to your insurance agent before you talk to the adjustors. I don't remember the source but it was a good one. He said that adjustors will try to get you to settle for less than you should get and that only your agent is likely to get you all that you can get.

Good luck.
