Designer Cake Flavors

Here are some examples of our most popular taste combinations. Yes, we do offer basics like white, butter, and chocolate cake... and we're also able to custom design a flavor combination for you. Let us know what you would like in your cake, and we can design a delicious recipe for it!

Almond Amaretto - Decadent almond cake with flufffy Amaretto white chocolate mousse filling. Consider an Amaretto mist or soak to complete the effect!

Autumn Apple - Our traditional vanilla cake, lightly spiced with cinnamon and nutmeg. We layer it with a freshly made filling of caramelized apples, cinnamon, butter and brown sugar (with or without raisins), drizzled with caramel.

Autumn Glory - The tastes of fall! Cinnamon, clove & nutmeg spice cake, cream cheese filling

Banana Nut Supreme - A rich banana nut cake with cream cheese filling - with or without raisins

Bananas Foster - We start with our delicately flavored rum & cinnamon cake, then fill it with traditional bananas foster: banana slices, brown sugar, nutmeg, rum, creme de banane, butter, etc. All of this goodness is sealed in with a brown sugar buttercream frosting!

Black Forest - Dark chocolate cake, cherry liqueur mist or soak layered fluffy buttercream & cherries.

Caramelized Pear - Our white cake with a very subtle pear flavor, spread with brown sugar buttercream and filled with caramelized slices of pears. Light & rich at the same time, and very elegant!

Chai Spice - A unique choice, and our most popular flavor! Brewed black tea is used in the baking process.. along with vanilla bean, cardamom, cinnamon, cloves & nutmeg for a delicious cake! Chai buttercream filling completes the effect.

Chocolate Caramel Hazelnut Ecstasy - Milk Chocolate cake, brushed with hazelnut liqueur, filled with whipped chocolate ganache, chopped hazelnuts, and gooey caramel

Chocolate Poached Pear - Our Dark or Milk chocolate cake, filled with whipped chocolate ganache and slices of poached pears

Coconut Cloud - Coconut white cake with coconut creme filling

Cookies N' Cream - Our latest flavor! Alternating layers of our vanilla and chocolate cakes, filled with our delicious Swiss Meringue Buttercream that has been loaded with smashed up Oreo cookies!

Double Chocolate Marble - A chocolate lovers' fantasy! Milk and Dark Chocolates are swirled together as a new take on marble cake.. and finished off with whipped chocolate ganache. Bailey's flavored chocolate buttercream is a lovely substitute, though!

Erin Go Bragh - Chocolate or white cake with whiskey mist and Bailey's Irish Cream filling. Consider a green vanilla cake for St Patrick's Day weddings!

Macadamia - Our light and airy white cake, flavored with imported Macadamia nut liqueur... then topped off with a white chocolate macadamia nut mousse, made with premium Macadamia nut butter.

Mocha Love - Delicate mocha cake with a coffee soak and mocha mousse filling.

Mudslide - Our milk chocolate cake, brushed with espresso (or Kahlua syrup, if requested), drizzled with chocolate syrup and filled with a Bailey's / Kahlua flavored buttercream.

Pina Colada - Lightly rum flavored pineapple & coconut cake with coconut creme filling and rum mist or soak.

Princess Cake - For the Swedes! Layers of white cake, filled with layers of raspberry filling and thick vanilla pastry cream. For wedding and event cakes, we skip the whipped cream and marzipan in favor of swiss meringue buttercream and fondant, but we can definitely do the traditional design work if desired!

Raspberry Dream - White or dark chocolate cake, brushed with a Chambord syrup, and filled with raspberry-chocolate buttercream and raspberries.

Red Velvet - A southern favorite. Rich, chocolatey red cake, layered with cream cheese filling.

Southern Belle - A white amaretto cake, soaked with a freshly made syrup of peaches and Southern Comfort, filled with peach puree and thinly sliced peaches, frosted with Southern Comfort flavored buttercream, and topped off with fondant that's been flavored with a hint of Southern Comfort. Optional: Add chopped pecans to the filling!

Summer Berry - White cake with lemon zest, summer berry buttercream filling and fresh berries.

Tiger Pride - Designed around a school mascot/theme. Orange flavored/colored cake marbled with dark chocolate cake. For something REALLY different, subsitute black cake flavored with anise (black licorice)! Orange colored/flavored buttercream finishes this off nicely.

Tirimisu - One of our newest flavors, this is setting up to become a best seller - with good reason! Amaretto white cake layers, each brushed with Kahlua.. then spread with a lightly Kahlua flavored chocolate ganache, then filled with a Mascarpone Swiss Meringue Buttercream.

Turtle Chocolate - Dark chocolate cake, caramel and pecans with chocolate ganache filling.

Turtle Mocha - Inspired by a favorite coffee drink. This is our mocha cake, spritzed with espresso, then filled with a whipped chocolate ganache, dulce de leche caramel, chocolate sauce, and chopped pecans.

Tropical Vacation - Macadamia nuts, Macadamia liqueur, pineapple, and coconut flavor this cake, which is filled with a lightly rum flavored buttercream. This is how lounging on a warm beach would taste!

White Chocolate Pistachio - White chocolate cake with white chocolate pistachio mousse filling made from roasted pistachios!

Zesty Lemon- A lemony white cake, complete with lemon zest, sweet lemon soak, and lemon buttercream filling!

Designer Decorating Options

Fondant - Our specialty! Delicious vanilla, chocolate, or flavored “fabric” is used to create the cake “art” that is so popular now. From subtle to sublime, pastel to neon.. extremely versatile and stunning!

Ganache - Rich White, milk, or dark chocolate & cream combination used to fill and decorate cakes.

Also consider.... Airbrushing, sketching, hand painting, sugar paste flowers, Chocolate tiles, Chocolate Shavings , Coconut shavings.. and more!

Pricing

This is greatly variable based on the design and size of the cake, in addition to the types of fillings and icings used. The amount of decoration needed for a cake can raise the cost above the starting price. Naturally, a large, intricate cake is going to cost you more than a small, simple cake.

Our cakes start around $4.75/serving.. much of what you see in our wedding cake galleries would be $4.75/serving.

Nut based mousses and fresh fruit fillings start at 0.80/serving extra. Fruit prices vary with season.

We now offer buttercream decoration, starting at $1.25/serving extra. This starts with a thick layer of our freshly made Swiss Meringue Buttercream, which is light and delicious! A great option for traditionalists.

Sculpted or custom shaped cakes are priced on a case-by-case basis.

Croquembouche is available for $3.50/serving (Base price). For pricing information on our other baked goodies, see our shopping section!

"Dummy" layers are available at 80% the cost of a "real" serving of the same cake. When at your design session, be sure to ask for details if "dummy" layers are something you're considering. While we do not do dummy layers in place of real cake (along with a sheet cake, for instance), dummy layers are a great way to get the height you want, when you have a smaller guest list.

Complimentary Items

Every cake order includes a certificate for a complimentary 6" cake on your 1 year anniversary. Complimentary groom's cake included with minimum $550 main cake order, some restrictions apply, ask for details.
